I used to think of eating as just a chore. My perspective began to change after marriage, influenced by my husband's health-conscious lifestyle. When I got pregnant, it really hit home. I prioritized a plant based organic diet to give my child the best start. That's when I truly understood that nutritious eating isn't just a choice; it's a lifestyle that guarantees a healthier and happier life.

After the birth of my child, I began to deeply reflect on the vital importance of proper nourishment for both mothers and children. This personal journey into motherhood, coupled with discovering incredible postpartum traditions from India and worldwide, inspired me to found Svástya in 2024.
